“What I’m Grateful For”

This is a wonderful montage and tribute to Barack Obama.  Over the last two years I’ve admired and questioned and trembled and feared the outcome of the battles he’s had to wage on our behalf.  He may not always move us forward the way “we would have done it” but he has moved the country forward an incredible distance since January 2010.  In fact it’s been an amazing journey and a lot of “us” should button up and just get behind him.   Enjoy the photos:

Thanks for this, Denny. It’s just what’s needed to be said.

I keep saying that Obama is the first sane president we’ve had since perhaps Roosevelt, and the only grown-up.

Totally. He gets far too many knocks for caring too much and succumbing to the reality of the situation. I’m gob-smacke by the number of things he’s managed to accomplish, despite the incredible hurdles. May we all have a Good New Year!
